Jacquelyn B. Fletcher is a stepdaughter, stepmother of three children and mother of one. She is the author of A Career Girl’s Guide to Becoming a Stepmom (HarperCollins, 2007), which won a 2008 iParenting Media Excellence Award and was a 2009 Gold Recipient of a Mom’s Choice Award. She is the publisher ofwww.becomingastepmom.com and the host of the popular Becoming a Stepmom podcast.
Erin Erickson is a stepmother to two children and writer of The Erin Experiment, a personal blog. She is also the creator of Stepchicks, an online community for stepmothers and soon-to-be stepmothers.

I am a step-mom of 3 young children who live with us 50% of the time.I am so pleased to find another step-parenting project that you are a part of. I read your “Career Girls guide to Step-parenting” and go back to it all of the time for guidance. I have learned so much from reading your work and have integrated many of your ideas into our household ie- the special person at dinnertime.
